If any item purchased is received faulty, damaged or defective. Take photos of the damage and then contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and we will organise whatever it takes to rectify the situation. Under these circumstances we will pay all costs including, parts, labour, call out fees, and shipping.
All products are covered by a full warranty as described in the item description. Warranties are provided as free parts & labour but exclude any call out charges or freight charges.
Please choose carefully. If you are unsure about whats best for you we strongly recommend that you seek the advice of an independent trained therapist or source a provider that allows trialling. This is important because returns of items (if eligible) can be expensive for you. This includes a 15% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping to our Gold Coast Service Centre.
In accordance with Australian consumer law, returns may not be accepted if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
